Jessica Simpson‘s weight loss wasn’t hidden this weekend. The “Dukes of Hazzard” actress and singer has been making headlines galore for shedding a staggering 100 pounds since welcoming her third baby in March 2019.
Jessica, 39, took to Instagram on Saturday with a stunning promo shot for her clothing collection – if anyone’s in great shape to be promoting new merch, it’s this star. The photo has been racking up all kinds of likes, and fans seemed to think that Simpson simply looked her best.

Jessica’s photo showed her seated on a studded ottoman and surrounded by shoes. The blonde was taking up the foreground and looking bang at the camera with a smile, also flaunting her killer bronzed legs in a loose-flowing dress with a sexy thigh slit.
Jessica’s outfit was doing wonders for her toned legs, with the star’s arms also on show. Jessica posed with her bombshell blonde locks down, also wearing a pair of high-heeled wedge sandals to elongate her legs.

100 pounds isn’t insignificant, and nor was the response to Jessica’s update. The post itself managed to clock an impressive 100,000 likes in a day, also bringing in a ton of fan comments.
“You look gorgeous! What a great shot,” one user wrote.
“You’ve never looked better Jess ❤️,” another said.
Mentions of Jessica’s headline-making new book were also made.
“Love but as I age I can’t wear the super high heels but those are the best. Can u make a lower heel version? Can’t wait for your book,” a fan told the star.
Simpson has been making major headlines for her tell-all “Open Book.” The star’s childhood sexual abuse is visited in the work, alongside her battle against alcohol and pills, plus her rocky relationship history.
Speaking to Hoda Kotb about the book and the sexual abuse she suffered between the ages of 6 and 12, Jessica revealed that the abuser was a family childhood friend.
“At the time I didn’t really understand what was happening. I knew something was wrong. I knew it was wrong what was going on. This was a very close person, and she was being abused. It happened throughout a long time in my life,” she said.
Jessica continues to floor fans with her newly-slimmed-down frame. The star’s trainer Harley Pasternak dished on how he helped Jessica lose the weight, plus the effort that she put in.
“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner. As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined,” he told Hollywood Life.
Jessica also walked up to 10,000 steps a day to help her lose her 100 pounds over a six-month period.
