Lala Kent is moving forward and never looking back!
The ‘Vanderpump’ star just celebrated three years of sobriety and the celebration comes the same week that rumors began swirling that she and fiancé, Randall Emmett, broke up.
Earlier this week, The Blast informed you that Lala had completely wiped any and every trace of her fiancé from her Instagram feed.
The drastic move came after Randall allegedly cheated on Lala with two women in Nashville Tennessee.

Today, October 22, Lala is thanking her sobriety for keeping her sane. Lala gave up drinking in 2018 after her father passed away.
She wrote, “Today marks 3 years of sobriety. I can’t believe it. I’m beyond grateful for this path that God & my late father placed in front of me. I’m grateful for my sober coach & my sponsor who I consider angels.”

“I’m grateful for the program & the men and women who have shared their stories so honestly, giving me hope and inspiration to continue to never pick up a drink again,” she continued. “It is one day at a time, but I will say, I have never felt so strong in my sobriety.”
Lala revealed this is the ‘proudest’ thing she’s ever done aside from becoming a mother.
“My first priority is always my sobriety. It comes before everything- because without it, I am of no use. I love you all so much. I hope you know that 🤍 #happybirthdaytome,” she concluded.
Kristen Doute applauded her in the comments writing, “love you, Angel face !! SO PROUD!! 💕🕊.”

Earlier this year, Lala became a first-time mother with a daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett.

Lala and Randall got engaged in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in September 2018 while celebrating her 28th birthday.
The movie director popped the question with a 6-carat round diamond created by go-to celebrity jeweler Richie Rich.
The couple planned to tie the knot in 2020; however, the Covid-19 pandemic put a halt to it. They were planning to wed this year, but Randall’s wandering eyes allegedly put a halt to that as well.
Since news of the breakup broke, Lala has been seen out and about in Los Angeles looking as glamorous as ever.
