Britney Spears jam-packed an entire yoga session into a few moments when she hit the fast forward after recording one of her workouts from a few weeks back. Britney shared the throwback footage on Thursday of herself performing various yoga poses and stretches in the living room of her mansion. A dead giveaway that the footage was dated — Britney’s gigantic Christmas tree was still visible. She probably figured that fans would question whether she still had her tree up at the end of January, so she made sure to put a disclaimer in her caption.
“When my tree was still up…. lol … oh how I miss it !!!! Hope you guys are having a wonderful day … God bless!!” Britney wrote in the caption of her video.
The clip starts off with a romantic smooch from her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, who appears to be grabbing his sneakers and heading out before the “Womanizer” star begins crushing her workout.
Fans took notice of the moment between the two and gushed in the comments:
“your Man absolutely 100% loves loyal adores .. I’m just so glad to see how he treats you Britney,” one person wrote.
After Asghari left, Britney broke out into her routine … however, she sped up the camera for a super-speed look into her yoga session. She hit various poses, split her legs above her head and then furiously thrust her hips into the air for quite some time.
Fans loved that Britney was keeping up on her exercise routines, and shouted out praise in the comments. “Always working on your fitness,” one fan wrote.
Another commented that she was the “Queen of yoga.”
It may be January but Britney is already jonesing for warmer weather and recently threw on her bikini to hit the beach and test the frigid waters. However, she only needed to dip a toe before realizing she needs to wait a few months.
“I had so much fun today … but I will say the water was very cold, so I just did a touch and ran !!! It’s been a very long time since I’ve looked at the ocean …. and it’s so crazy how the ocean ? makes people feel so small. I felt like I was 4 again and just wish I remembered to bring my boogie board.”
