Fans of reality television star Duane ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ Chapman were stunned to learn of his wife Beth Chapman‘s passing seven months ago. A fan favorite, Beth was the perfect complement to Dog’s gruff style and her death left a huge hole within the Chapman family that couldn’t be filled. But unfortunately, the grieving process has no timeline, rhyme or reason. It just is what it is. And in a surprising twist, it was revealed that Dog had found love again, with Beth’s former assistant/BFF Moon Angell.
We broke the story earlier when it was revealed Dog and Moon Angell would be appearing on an upcoming episode of Dr. Oz, where he would be discussing how he’s been coping with Beth’s death right before announcing to the world that he and Moon Angell were now a couple. Then, in a surprising twist Dog proposed to Moon Angell, leaving viewers shocked by his actions. Many couldn’t believe that he’d moved on so quickly only seven months after Beth’s passing.

Of course the curiosity has been raised to a thousand with many wondering exactly what’s going on with the new couple. Pop Culture reports that people have been flocking to Moon Angell’s Instagram page to get more details on exactly what’s going on, yet she is keeping it coy and very vague.
Under a photo of her coffee shared Tuesday, one follower asked, “R u and [Dog] engaged ???” to which Angell replied, “he asked … make sure you watch Oz [kiss emoji].”
She repeated the same roundabout answer to a follower who commented, “Happy for you and [Dog] on your guys soon to be wedding,” responding, “he asked … watch OZ [kiss emoji].”
Where Moon Angell is trying her best to keep the mystery alive Dog’s daughter Lyssa Chapman has been very vocal about her displeasure for both the situation and Moon Angell. And there is definitely no love lost between the two of them, especially in a series of tweets Lyssa wrote that completely eviscerated Moon Angell’s character.
“If someone who met your family by dating your brother, tried to date your father after your step- mom died what would you do ? If you went to your mothers closet and saw she moved all her clothes and replaced them with her own, what would you do ? #ItsNotWhenOrWhyItsWho.”
She later wrote at Angell in a since-deleted tweet: “You’re disgusting woman. Any person who moves in on a man weeks after losing his wife, who you were supposed to be a ‘friend’ to, Is the lowest scum on the planet-Which for you wasn’t that far of a step down from where you were before. God will get you MARY !!!”
