After Kobe Bryant’s tragic helicopter crash on January 26, Kylie Jenner had made the revelation of previously taking her niece, Dream, on the same aircraft, leaving an oblivious Blac Chyna livid.

On her Instagram, Kylie said she’d taken the little girl on a helicopter ride in celebration of her third birthday, and though Rob Kardashian was aware of the arrangement, Chyna was never apparently never informed, according to her lawyer Lynne Ciani.

"Rest in peace and prayers to these families,” Jenner wrote on Instagram.

"I still can’t believe this. That was the helicopter I would fly on from time to time with that pilot Ara. He was such a nice man. Hold your loved ones close."

Chyna was livid about the social media post because nobody in Rob’s family had made any mention that her daughter was set to board a helicopter, and given the circumstances now, she’s furious that she wasn’t consulted beforehand.

And the fact that it just so happened to be Kobe's helicopter has left Chyna furious.

In an official statement, her lawyer said: "Chyna has become aware that Kylie Jenner is using the tragic deaths of Kobe Bryant, his beautiful daughter, and seven other precious souls to profess her ‘distress’ that she and Dream had ridden on the same helicopter with the same pilot prior to Sunday’s horrific crash.”

It is then further explained how Chyna took issue with Kylie’s comment, with the statement concluding, "What Kylie failed to disclose was that Chyna never gave Kylie permission to take her precious daughter Dream on a helicopter ride and that Chyna never would have given Kylie that permission.”

Sunday’s horrific crash in Calabasas, California saw nine people lose their lives — those included Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, pilot Ara Zobayan and six others — leaving fans across the world in absolute shock.

"No parents should find out after-the-fact that their child has participated in a dangerous activity without their permission,” Ciani continued. "Chyna was distraught to learn that Kylie had taken Dream on that helicopter ride in November 2019.

The statement from Blac Chyna’s lawyer comes just weeks after Rob Kardashian had filed for full custody of Dream after having labeled the mother-of-two as an unfit parent and alleging that she has a drug addiction.

Rob has asked a judge to reduce Chyna’s access to Dream to weekend visits only — and a nanny must be present at all times. The case is ongoing.

Meanwhile, Rob has remained quiet on comments made by Blac Chyna’s team regarding Kylie’s decision to treat Dream to a helicopter ride for her third birthday.

Given that they’re currently battling it out in court, it seems unlikely that Rob will make any mention of the matter on social media. Kylie, too, has stayed quiet on the situation.
