Vicki Gunvalson doesn’t appear to have left her role on The Real Housewives of Orange County on the best of terms with her former boss, Andy Cohen.
According to a screenshot shared by iRealHouswives on Instagram on January 27, Gunvalson, who slammed the Real Housewives creator on Twitter after her departure from his series, is no longer following Cohen on the social media platform.
As the fan page explained, Gunvalson seemed to unfollow Cohen after calling him out for failing to have her back at the season 14 reunion.
Although Gunvalson was not asked to return to her full-time position for the upcoming 15th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Cohen had only good things to say about the longtime “housewife” in a post shared on Instagram after her exit announcement.
In his post, Cohen looked back on Gunvalson’s 14 years with the series and said that throughout her reality run, Gunvalson remained completely true to herself, which is a hard thing to do.
Cohen also thanked Gunvalson for appearing on Bravo for so many years
After a fan on Twitter shared a message with Gunvalson, stating that Cohen didn’t have her back during The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion and noting that his behavior was “very telling,” Gunvalson agreed that Cohen was not supportive and said she should have left long before she did.
According to a report from Cheat Sheet, Gunvalson also told fans on Twitter that the series was headed down a “very bad path” and spoke of her excitement about being “free” to do what she wants.
After getting engaged during the 14th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County last year, Gunvalson is planning to tie the knot with fiancé Steve Lodge at some point later this year.
As fans of Gunvalson may know, she and Lodge began dating about four years ago and have discussed the possibility of tying the knot in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which is one of their favorite spots to vacation, but have not yet made their wedding destination official with her audience online.
According to a second screenshot shared on Instagram, Gunvalson also unfollowed Bravo and her former production company, Evolution Media, after her shocking exit from the show.
Throughout Gunvalson’s 14 years on The Real Housewives of Orange County, she hasn’t hesitated to share the ins and outs of her life with her audience and fans have loved her for it.
As for who will be returning to the reality show for season 15, Bravo has not yet made any casting news official.
