Brittany Aldean has been making headlines for showing off her newly slimmed-down body. The wife to country superstar Jason Aldean is a mom of two, having welcomed her second baby in February 2019. Daughter Navy joins the couple’s 2-year-old son Memphis.
Brittany admitted to having gained 40 pounds after having her two kids, but the scales have been showing decreasing numbers for this lifestyle influencer. Brittany proudly showed off her sizzling bikini body on the beach recently, and it was all caught by some great photographers over at the South Beach Diet brand that Brittany fronts.
Check out the bikini pics here.
Photos showed the blonde looking absolutely sensational as she showed off her trimmed-down figure in a pastel and horizontal-striped bikini in purple, pink, and white. The two-piece was doing wonders for Brittany’s slim hips, long legs, and flat stomach, although this beauty is much about the healthy muscle as she is the womanly curves.
Brittany was seen posing on shores as well as having a bit of a splash.
As The Daily Mail reports, Brittany admitted to weight gain after motherhood: “I gained 40 pounds with both my children,” she said.
“It took me a lot longer to start feeling myself after my second [child],” Brittany continued, adding:
“I felt really down. Eventually I came to a point where I knew that I just had to take charge. I really wanted to focus on my health and what I was putting into my body.”
“I started South Beach and saw and felt the results almost immediately. I was a better “me” both mentally and physically and I am thankful that I found a program that truly works as a lifestyle,” Brittany said of South Beach.
Brittany proved every inch the perfect brand ambassador as she spoke, also revealing that the well-known weight-loss brand has made it easy for her to stay on track with her weight loss.
“I give credit to South Beach Diet because they have made it so easy. I take my meals, snacks and shakes on the road with me, which is so key for keeping me on track,” she said.
She added that food is “fuel” for her, and that healthy eating gives “me the energy and let’s face it, I need all the energy I can get with our busy life and these two babies running around!”
The benefits of promoting a weight-loss brand might manifest in the paycheck, but being the face of a slimming product can easily backfire. Earlier this year, Khloe Kardashian was slammed for her Flat Tummy Co. promo – a photo of Khloe holding out one of the brand’s diet shakes had “The Good Place” actress Jameela Jamil asking the 35-year-old if she was “poor.”
Jameela further slammed Khloe for promoting an “eating disorder culture.”
Also promoting weight loss shakes, teas, or diet plans are rapper Cardi B, reality star Kim Kardashian, and “Teen Mom” face Leah Messer. Actress Kate Hudson also proves a big deal in the weight-loss promo realm – Kate is the face of Weight Watchers.
