Terry Crews should have seen it coming. But then again, if he was just speaking from his personal experience, there's no reason to change the narrative. Regardless, Crews gave his opinion on the dismissed Gabrielle Union and her alleged claims of America's Got Talent employing discriminatory practices and racist behavior.

For Crews, he stated that the environment on AGT is composed of more diversity than any other job that he's held. This sentiment seems to align with other stars who have worked on the set including Heidi Klum and Julianne Hough. That didn't stop Union from attacking her former coworker on Twitter, though.

Crews' comments came just this week with the America's Got Talent host stating, "That was never my experience on America's Got Talent," Crews said. "In fact, it was the most diverse place I have ever been in my 20 years of entertainment. The top 10 acts were Asian, women, older, younger, Black, white -- it was everything in the gamut."

People Magazine was quick to realize that following the publishing of his quotes, Union's Twitter account began to become very active. And while Union didn't address Crews by name within her tweets specifically, it's abrasively apparent that she was directing her words towards him.

Union's first tweets were more vague generalities about the overall nature of everyone keeping their mouths shut and not siding with her on the controversy. She began with the post, "Thank u! Cuz girlllllll ūüėź Truth telling, wanting change & having MULTIPLE witnesses who bravely came forward to let EVERYONE know I didn't lie or exaggerate, really exposes those who enthusiastically will throw you under the bus, forgetting quickly who stepped up 4 THEIR truth."

However, her tweeting became drastically more centered on Crews' recent comments. And the actress was not holding back and punches.

For Union, her criticism of Crews' 'diversity' comments were directed towards the people on camera, not necessarily the ones behind the scenes. It's unclear if Crews meant the whole team, or if he was referring to the judging panel in his comments. Regardless, though, Union shared her thoughts on the the 'diversity' of AGT.

"Can someone please ask [about] what happens to all that diversity folks are talking about BEHIND THE SCENES," she tweeted. "Like, legit... where the hell is all that diversity in the production though homie? In the decision making ranks who control the fate of the diversity in front of the camera."

The former panel judge didn't stop there, though. She then condemned the lack of diversity within the hair and makeup department of the show. "Let's also talk about where the diversity is in the hair & makeup dept for contestants that DOES NOT reflect all that diversity that hits the stage," Union continued. "Let's Google the execs that run the show and ask follow up [questions] about THAT egregious lack of diversity. Let's discuss the facts."

With the show under investigation for Union's claims, this certainly will not be the last time we hear from her, whether that's a formal statement or a tweet condemning the show.
