Although she is one of the highly recognized faces in the world, Beyoncé loves to keep her personal life away from the public limelight. She has been in the music industry for over two decades. Music seems to be her main focus, although the star is still into acting, dancing, and business.
She keeps comments about her family to herself. She only leaves her career details open, thus not knowing the number of siblings she has is not a surprise.
However, the truth holds that the singer has three siblings. Solange Knowles, who was born in Houston, Texas in 1986, is probably the most popular of all Beyoncé’s siblings. In 2017, she revealed to Interview Magazine that she had been brought up in the same estate with Phylicia Rashad, Scarface, and Debbie Allen.
The musician, songwriter, and model made it in the career from her sister’s shadow. While a teenager, she worked as a songwriter in her sister’s group, and later embarked on her solo career.
Solo Star became her debut album, which she released in 2002. Solange, however, did not proceed immediately. She was sixteen then and had to take a break when she became pregnant with Julez, her son. She later married her high school boyfriend Daniel Smith in 2004, Julez’s dad, although the two divorced in 2007 after living together in Idaho.
She later resumed her music projects, releasing Sol-Angel & the Hadley St. Dream in 2008, and True in 2010. 2016’s A Seat at the Table made her a Grammy Award Winner.

In 2010, Beyoncé’s dad Mathew was alleged to have fathered a child with Alexsandra Wright, an actress. Mathew was still the husband to Tina, Beyoncé’s mom, whom he wedded in 1980. They sired Nixon Knowles, as Tina sought a divorce and parted with Mathew in 2011.
However, Wright alleged that Mathew was a deadbeat dad. Speaking to Inside Edition, she revealed that he had had never met their son and had not been paying child support. She was hopeful Nixon would one day meet his sister, Beyoncé.
Koi Knowles is the third sibling to the celebrated singer. Koi’s mom, who now holds on to her real estate career, revealed to the Inside Edition that she met Mathew while she was a dancer. According to her, Mathew treated her, TaQoya Branscomb, as the love of his life. However, he abandoned her after her pregnancy and childbirth. She went ahead to blame herself for sleeping with a married Mathew, noting that it was wrong and expressed regret, although she found a beautiful daughter from the affair.
