So, What Happened?

There's no sign of her eyes watering, but fans are still convinced.

What makes this story even more interesting, is that Friday's Hot Topics segment was covering something bum related. She was discussing a man accused of slapping the rear of a police officer, Odell Beckham Jr..

In her red outfit and dazzling jewelry, she sits with her legs crossed. Maybe just being comfortable. Maybe holding back some pressure. Who knows at this point. To this day Williams hasn't said a word about this occurrence.

Outrage in Fans

Some kind of karma, are what some fans are replying to the footage with. This hostility stemming from her actions on a recent episode of her show. Williams is seen playing with her lip, making fun of Joaquin Phoenix's facial scar.

Fans of Phoenix are outraged, disgusted with her behavior. Many wanting her fired, many demanding a public apology. The recent win of 2020's Screen Actors Guild Award for his role as Joker on screen. One thing is for sure, people are not happy.

Another Public Apology

Even though Williams hasn't mentioned anything about a stinky slip-up, she has taken to Twitter to apologize for her wrongdoings.

"I want to apologize to the cleft community and in Beau’s honor, our show is donating to [Operation Smile] and [American Cleft Palate] and encourage our Wendy Watchers to learn more and help support the cleft community", she wrote.

Even after her apology, people are still in a bind over the whole mess. One commenter saying,

"That was below shitty." Further commenting on Wendy Williams being a bully, "It’s bullies like you that pick on my 12-year-old grandson who was born with a unilateral cleft and palate. He has more heart and goodness in him and is much more than something he was born with and can’t help. I try to tell him to ignore stupidity"

Another two cents,

"While your apology and donations are steps in the right direction, you must understand that your behavior was completely and utterly wrong. Further discussing people with differences, "Children especially should feel safe. You know that."
