Khloé Kardashian is getting all the motivation she needs while getting her workout on, because her older sister Kourtney Kardashian is serving up eye-popping curves during her own workout that is enough to keep anyone focused on their fitness goals.
Khloé started off her morning by working up a sweat with a gym session along with Kourtney. The reality star sisters, including Kim Kardashian, regularly work out together, as they have similar routines put together by celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson.
While Khloé worked on her cardio on the stair machine, she happened to be in prime viewing of Kourtney killing it during a kettlebell workout. Scott Disick’s baby mama stood on raised platforms with a kettlebell between her legs and performed multiple squats.
Kourt’s pants were being put to the ultimate test while Khloé captioned the insane video on her Instagram Stories, “Views!!!” and made sure to tag her sister. Kourtney, who has obviously been putting in some hard work on her booty, showed appreciation by reposting the video on her own Instagram Stories.
Kourtney is in fantastic shape, and even though she makes it seem effortless, the reality star adheres to a very strict regimen of diet and exercise. For her diet, Kourtney has long been an advocate of an organic, dairy-free keto diet. She occasionally indulges in the sweet stuff but makes sure it’s a treat and not a regular habit.
In the gym, Kourtney engages in a mixed workout of cardio and endurance exercises, which includes lots of High-Intensity Interval Training. One of Kourtney’s keys to success is sticking to her diet and exercise routine even when she’s on vacation or traveling, which happens to be quite often.
Khloé Kardashian knows that every person’s fitness journey is personal, and even though she marvels at her sister’s gainz, she’s not freaking out over her own progress. Recently, Khloé went on Instagram and explained to fans that it’s all about setting a plan that you can stick to on a regular basis.
“Beast mode!! It’s a life style! No need to wait until the new year. Baby steps everyday! Set small, realistic goals. Once you reach that goal, reward yourself! If you mess up, you have tomorrow to start again. It’s that simple. Don’t set goals that are unrealistic. In the end, that will only get you discouraged and possibly have you give up. Set small goals and praise yourself once you reach that goal. Then set another small goal. You got this!!! Slow and steady! It’s a lifestyle!”
