Kevin's Reaction

"I'm a fan of the Oscars, always have been," said Hart.

The TMZ outlet reporter continued to ask the comedian about his feeling towards the Oscars - but before he could finish Kevin Hart replied, "It's no feelings, not a problem. It's a good thing."

All positive vibes for the Jumanji Star! Hart definitely appears to be in a better space since last year's Oscars backlash.

The Controversy

In 2018, on the heels of the 91st Oscar Award Kevin Hart was set to host - until old tweets from the comedian that displayed homophobic remarks surfaced. Due to Hart not wanting to apologize he was forced to step down. If this didn't happen, Kevin Hart would have been on a shortlist among comedians who have hosted the Oscars.

In an Instagram video back in 2018 the comedian said, "The reason why I passed is that I've addressed this several times."

Kevin hart feels he shouldn't have to address an issue that he already dealt with - and because of him standing on this principle, the Oscars went hostless for the first time ever.

Only time will tell if Kevin Hart has truly learned a lesson from past experiences.
