It looks like Jesy Nelson wasn’t the only member of Little Mix that wanted to leave.

A new report from The Sun alleges that Perrie Edwards planned to leave the group over two years ago.

According to an exclusive insider report, in 2019 Perrie planned to go bounce from Little Mix.

An insider revealed, “This idea that everyone was happy in the band prior to Jesy leaving is a smokescreen. Perrie actually told the band she was thinking about leaving in 2019 which prompted a sit down with management.”

Her plan was to go on tour one last time for the Confetti Tour and then embark on a different journey.

The Confetti Tour was pushed back to 2022 due to the covid-19 pandemic, and Jesy announced she’d be leaving the group in December.

Given Jesy’s departure, the insider says Perrie agreed to stay with the group through the Confetti Tour.

The source revealed the girls plan to finish out their 2022 tour as a group of three and then embark on their own solo careers.

Little Mix recently celebrated their 10-year-anniversary, and will be releasing a new album, “Between Us,” in honor of their decade of musical work.
