Jennifer Aniston is living her best life, just having won the SAG award for best female actor in a drama series on "The Morning Show". Aniston is producing her work, and getting acclaim for projects now more than ever.

So why is it that Brad Pitt took away the focus from her big win? Press and media are obsessed with their long-dead relationship, taking any association to extremes. Because they're both wishing each other the best does not mean they will ever get back together.

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have been divorced since 2005, that's fifteen years already. Pitt also broke her heart by cheating on her and falling in love with Angelina Jolie. Divorce is hard and painful and usually leaves both parties unwanting of the other.

As much as the press loves to fixate on one of Jennifer Aniston's past relationships, she's had other people in her life. Moreover, if they were not compatible the first time, why would they be the second time?

She's Busy

Aniston is busy with several projects and a rumored "Friends" reunion. Either way, she's a producer now and helps create work that doesn't typecast her. Now with this SAG award, Aniston will most likely get more lucrative roles.

Pitt is also busy juggling the "Once Upon a Time In Hollywood" media circus and award season. He also won a SAG award for best actor is a supporting role. They're both so busy in their careers to focus on reuniting.

He Has Unresolved Issues

Pitt has gone through a lot lately, going through another divorce with Angelina Jolie while maintaining a relationship with his six kids. The main catalyst of their divorce was his alcoholism. After divorce with Jolie, Pitt went to Alcoholics Anonymous groups to recover and gather strength.

Pitt is in a good place, but he's battling a lot of underlying issues. It's not Jolie or Aniston's job to pick up the pieces. It's wonderful that he's caring for himself, but Aniston is probably not down to help.

They're Friends

After their divorce, Aniston and Pitt mostly remained on friendly terms. It's hard to let go of someone you shared your life with for so long. It feels like a limb's missing. So, of course, they're allowed to be friends and be supportive of each other.

However, pictures from the SAG awards of them together are being taken way out of context. Moreover, their past relationship is overshadowing their achievements. It's time to put away the hope because Aniston and Pitt are not gonna happen.
