What Exactly Does Kourtney Kardashian Eat For Breakfast?

Kourtney Kardashian tries very hard to lead a healthy lifestyle. She does what she can to eat as healthy as she can. Although she does indulge in different foods every once in a while, she eats as healthy as she can.

With as hectic as her life is on an almost daily basis, she certainly works hard to stay healthy, thin, and beautiful. And, at her age, it shows that she definitely works at doing everything possible to keep looking and feeling as good as possible.

So, what exactly does Kourtney Kardashian eat for breakfast to not only start her day off the right way but to live a healthy lifestyle? The oldest Kardashian sibling has tried many different diets in her life and she has always cared about what she puts into her body. She has prevented different bad things inside food from going into her body by restricting the type of food she eats. She has tried organic only, dairy-free, gluten-free, among many other restrictions.

Although she does whatever it takes to live a healthy lifestyle and because she loves her children, she also makes sure they all three eat right, she lets them indulge every once in a while. She also focuses on moderation for her and her children. However, she has let her children eat weird stuff before.

And, although she does want her kids to eat healthy food as she does, and although she does let them eat what they want, in moderation, at times, she has been known to bake gluten-free and dairy-free cupcakes for them to take to other kids houses for parties or play-dates.

Not only this, but she also makes sure they drink almond milk instead of dairy milk.

For herself, she tries to eat the best she can when she has time to sit down and eat a regular meal. When this occasion does happen, she is known to eat hashbrowns, eggs, and avocado. However, when she does not have time for a regular sit-down meal, she still doesn't let her body go without. She will make a smoothie by blending together coconut milk, avocado, and manuka milk or dates to give herself the vitamins and minerals she needs to get through her day.

While enjoying a regular sit-down breakfast, she still makes sure its as healthy as possible by lightly peppering her avocado because using a little bit of pepper adds the needed flavor without adding more of a health risk, leaving the salt completely out of her diet, and garnishing her meal with some type of herb. She also scrambles her eggs for breakfast. Although she doesn't have much time with raising three children, she does find the time to eat a healthy breakfast, even when on the go with a smoothie.

All of the Kardashian and Jenner women eat s healthy as possible and lead healthy lifestyles. Not only do they live on strict diets to keep their image up, but they work out at the gym as much as they are able to while living a hectic lifestyle to keep living their best life.

Kourtney does go to the gym with her sisters sometimes. It is not clear how often he does. However, her sisters Kim and Khloe spend at least 90 minutes working out when they go throughout the week. Kourtney most likely spends just as much time working out as well.
