Shanna Moakler Goes On Social Media Break Following Travis Barker's Engagement To Kourtney Kardashian

Apart from Scott Disick, Shanna Moakler is also not taking his ex Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian's engagement very well.

The "Pacific Blue" star, 46, announced the break on her Instagram account on Monday, October 18, after the Blink-182 drummer, 45, popped the question to the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum, 42.

"Temporarily closed for spiritual maintenance," Moakler posted on her Instagram Story, as seen on People.

Moakler also posted a quote attributed to late rapper Tupac Shakur, which read, "Before you ask why someone hates you, ask yourself why you give a f--ck."

Over the weekend, Barker proposed to the Poosh founder at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, California. A video posted on Twitter showed the musician getting down on one knee on the beach while the couple was surrounded by a massive heart-shaped rose arrangement surrounded by white candles.

"Forever," Kardashian wrote in the caption, to which her lover echoed in the comments.

"It was a complete surprise for Kourtney. Travis told her family that he planned to propose, but everyone was great at keeping it secret," said a source. "The Rosewood is their favorite for short weekend getaways. They often stay at the hotel. This is why Travis proposed there. It's a very special place to them, but it was also easier to keep everything a secret by proposing there."

The bride-to-be couldn't be happier with the proposal.

"Kourtney is of course ecstatic," the source added. "She can't wait to marry Travis. She would also love to have a baby with him."

Kardashian was in a relationship with Disick, 38, for over ten years. They have three kids together, Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6. She then moved on to model, Younes Bedjima, 28, but they split after less than two years of dating. For those who don't know, the mother of three briefly dated cultural influencer Luka Sabbat, 23, as per Page Six.

Barker was married to the former Miss USA from 2004 to 2008. Together, they have two children, Landon, 17, and Alabama, 15. During their marriage, he also got the chance to raise Moakler's eldest daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 22, whom she shares with boxer Oscar De La Hoya, 47.

In May, Moakler decided to have her tattoo of Travis' name removed. She also told People that she has "no ill will" toward her ex-husband and his new lover.

"I'm really, genuinely happy for him," she said. "I want the father of my kids to be happy and to have a partner that makes him happy ... and a better father," Moakler continued. "As long as she's good to my children, that's truly all I really care about."

In a report by The Blast, Moakler split from her boyfriend Matthew Rondeau, 28 last July.

"I'm focusing truly on finding myself again as a person emotionally and mentally," Rondeau told Life & Style. Adding, "I hope she finds what she's looking for, but it's not going to be me."
