Ariana Grande will take the stage for this year's Grammy Awards despite ditching 2019's ceremony. She has been practicing to make sure to deliver 2 years-worth of fierceness. Ariana's brother, Frankie Grande, confirms that her performance is going to be even more incredible than fans expect it to be.

Ariana didn't perform last year because of the creative differences that she has with the producers. It looks they were able to resolve last year's issues and agree on a performance that would best showcase her.

“F–k yes! I am so excited,” Frankie Grande, 36, told [HollywoodLife] (https://hollywoodlife.com/2020/01/17/frankie-grande-ariana-grammy-performance-2020-interview/) on his sister's upcoming Grammy performance. “I know what she has planned and I can’t obviously say anything, but I am extremely excited, it is going to knock everyone’s socks off!”

Ariana announced that she would be performing at 62nd Annual Grammy Awards on Saturday, January 11th.

Last year's Grammy drama began when Ariana pulled out of performing and producer Ken Ehrlich claimed the reason was that she wasn't prepared.

“It was too late for her to pull something together for sure," Ehrlich claimed.

Ariana then spoke out. “i’ve kept my mouth shut, but now you’re lying about me," Grande tweeted. "i can pull together a performance overnight, and you know that, Ken. it was when my creativity & self-expression was stifled by you, that i decided not to attend.”

“it’s about collaboration,” she continued. “it’s about feeling supported. it’s about art and honesty. not politics. not doing favors or playing games. it’s just a game y’all.. and i’m sorry, but that’s not what music is to me.”

Ariana revealed that she wanted to sing "7 Rings" but producers wouldn't allow her to and claimed she should sing a medley instead. They reached a compromise stating that she would do a medley including that song. She pulled out when producers said they will choose the second song of the medley.
