Kimmy K says that all these years of traveling have made her an "expert packer." She's given us lots of travel tips as of late, and she even gave us a glimpse inside her (assumingly designer) suitcase.

Let it be known that Kim's method is not for procrastinators, so proceed with caution. It might even require a trip to the store, but fear not - this one won't break the bank.

The first item on your list is resealable plastic bags of various sizes.

“I put everything in bags! Shoes go in shoe bags to protect the rest of my clothes,” Kim said. “I also use Ziploc bags for toiletries, so products don’t ruin my clothes if something breaks...I keep all of my makeup in little pouches, too."

Sounds like bags on bags on bags. Maybe her suitcase kind of resembles a barrel of monkeys?

Another thing Kim does to stay organized while traveling is utilizing sticky notes.

It makes so much sense - why didn't we think of this?

“I also put Post-it notes on my outfits to label, which shoes and accessories go with what look,” she said in reference to her clothes-packing ritual.

"Plan your outfits ahead of time so you know exactly what you’ll wear during the trip. I always decide on my outfits before I leave, so I know what I’m wearing for each day and night.”

But nothing gets a sticky note and nothing a Ziploc bag if it's not on the list. Yes, there is a list.

“For my carry-on bag, I have a list of things I always take with me, like my silk pillowcase and Barefoot Dreams blanket,” Kim explained. “Depending on where I’m going and what I’m doing, I’ll make a list of everything I need and what events I’m going to.”

The media/beauty mogul told Hollywood Life that her efforts have not gone without error. While she tries to start the packing process early, it doesn't always happen - one time she forgot to pack hair ties as a result of starting late.

Travel is stressful enough, so maybe taking these basic measures will help alleviate some of the unnecessary stresses. Other tidbits of Kim's include packing extra jewelry and shoes, using garment bags, and investing in good luggage.

“If you’re doing a lot of traveling, it’s so worth it! The last thing you want to deal with while on a trip is replacing luggage."

Sidenote: If Kim came out with a line of suitcases, we'd buy one. We'd actually buy a set. Do you think she'd throw some KKW Beauty products in the pouches? Asking for myself.
