Stable relationships in the showbiz industry are not the norm. Divorces and breakups are part of everyday life in Hollywood. Then there are those relationships that work great in the dating stage. Then they finally decide that they want to tie the knot. When they do so they have a short-lived marriage.
Son’s of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam is in one of those relationships that have worked great in the dating stage. He and girlfriend Morgana McNelis have been dating since 2005. Without a set date to marry just yet.
Even when normal folks are in a relationship that has lasted this long start to get questions about a potential wedding. Charlie Hunnam is not exactly immune to the questioning. It seems though that the 39-year-old British actor is still in no hurry to go ahead and race to the altar. Although his girlfriend may be applying a little bit of pressure on him after such a long time of being together. In a recent interview, Hunnam went into detail about his relationship and where he wants to go from here.
In the interview as you can see Charlie literally admits that he will eventually tie the knot. Claiming that basically if it was up to him he would not be headed down the aisle any time soon. Yet, he would be willing to take that step just because it is important to his current girlfriend.
The declaration was one of total indifference, but it was still kind of romantic in a certain way when he said, “I’ll do it because it is important to her”
Co-stars Hugh Grant and Matthew McConaughey just came in to save the day for Hunnam who was totally being put on the spot in the interview. He literally started having doubts about how many years he had been in a relationship with his girlfriend.
One of the upsides to being famous is that you can just Google yourself and you can probably find your anniversary date online. He probably got mixed reviews about that interview when he got back home to his girlfriend.
Of course, the reason that they where being interviewed in the first place was their upcoming movie. A movie that was written and directed by Madonna’s ex Guy Ritchie. The film has already hit theaters in the UK. Garnering mixed reviews from the audience on famous movie critic sites.
The general consensus around the movie itself seems to be that if you are a Guy Ritchie fan and you like the way that he makes movies this is something that is going to be right up your alley.
