Wendy Williams is excited for a fresh start in 2020, but first she needs to unload the luxury mansion she once shared with estranged husband Kevin Hunter. The talk show maven relisted her Livingston, NJ home on Wednesday after it had been taken off the market following the drama of initially putting it up for sale.

Along with a new listing, Wendy's home is also sporting a new price tag of $1,699,000 after getting a major reduction from the initial offering of $1,895,000.

Sources close to the sale tell The Blast the aggressive price is because Wendy is ready to move on with her life and wants to sell the 5,700 sq ft mansion ASAP.

The host of "The Wendy Williams Show" has already vacated the property and is living full time in NYC. We're told her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter, has also cleared out after having shacked up in the home through the end of 2019. As of now, the house is completely empty and ready for new owners to move on in.

As we previously reported, the mansion hit headlines last year after it was publicly listed amid the unfolding drama between Wendy and Kevin. After causing more strain on the divorce negotiations, the property was taken off the market so everything could cool down.

Since then, Wendy and Kevin have reportedly reached a financial agreement in their divorce that gave him a good chunk of change to go out and find a new home. Now that the drama around the property is over, it should only be a matter of time before it's scooped up by a new owner.
