Florence Pugh was definitely in a comfortable situation when she found out her performance in "Little Women" had garnered an Academy Award nomination ... in fact, she wasn't even wearing clothes! The 24-year-old star shared a series of photos of when she was informed that she received an Oscar nod for playing Amy March in the Greta Gerwig directed coming of age tale.

In the first photo, Pugh appears to be sitting in bed covering herself with a blanket while on the phone.

Holy Avocados!

"Before the moment.. the exact moment," Pugh captioned a second shot of herself freaking out and screaming into the phone after hearing that she scored a nod for Best Supporting Actress. In the celebration photo, Pugh was so excited that her cover-up slipped down ... but luckily some strategically placed avocados kept the photo Instagram legal.

She also dropped the hashtags "#nominated" and "#forafuckingoscar!!!!"

The nomination is a huge honor for the young star, seeing as she's only been in a handful of other films, including "Fighting With My Family" and "Midsommar."

Who Took the Photo?!

Fans were super excited for Pugh and congratulated her in the comments of her Instagram pics, however there was one other thing that needed to be discussed -- the person who took the nekkid pics. Turns out, it was most likely Pugh's boyfriend, 44-year-old "Scrubs" star Zach Braff, and fans were shook.

"The fact that Zach Braff probably took these photos...smh" one hater commented.

"loved florence pugh’s ig post with her reaction to the nomination but im haunted by the fact that zach braff most likely took those photos of her," another wrote.

Braff, being the supportive boyfriend, shared a photo of Pugh getting glammed up while drinking a mimosa and captioned it "Holy shit!"

She's Super Excited

Pugh told Entertainment Weekly she was sound asleep when her name was announced on Monday, but she kept her volume up on her cell phone in case something big happened. Turns out, she was awoken to the exciting news.

"It’s amazing: I’m still kind of in shock about being in this calibre of film anyway,” she said. “It’s gone so far and people have loved it so much.”

However, she was pretty upset about the film's director, Greta Gurwig, being one of those snubbed for an Oscar nomination.

"She made a film about women working and their relationship with money and their relationship with working in a man’s world. That’s literally what Little Women is about, so [this] only underlines how important it is — because it’s happening," she explained to EW.
