Kelly Ripa is basically aging backward. At 49, the “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” host is managing to look younger with each passing year – pint-sized she may be, but there’s something oddly mighty about the much-loved blonde.
She’s got killer legs, a killer face, and a killer waistline – all were on show as Kelly took to the set of “Live!” on Thursday. Extra keen fans got a bonus. It’s called backstage footage of Kelly posted to the “Live!” Instagram account.
You can see the video here.

The video posted by “Live!” showed Kelly and co-host Ryan Seacrest making their way from a backstage room and onto the set.
Ryan was looking dapper in a camel-colored suit offsetting a black turtleneck – no, he wasn’t falling off a chair in this video, with Kelly looking jaw-dropping in a super-tiny and cinched black satin mini dress. The number was doing wonders for the mom of three’s tiny waistline – a pair of electric blue stiletto heels also elongated Kelly’s slender legs.

And yes, Kelly did put her gum in the trash while walking onto the set.
Nobody’s going to forget Ryan falling off his chair this week. The host’s attempt to catch a balloon ended in an epic fail, with the video being posted to social media.
“First fumble of the new season. Hope I make the playoffs….” Ryan captioned his Instagram video of it all.
The 45-year-old doesn’t seem to have suffered any injuries, but he did seem to shock Kelly.
“Oh my God! Are you okay? Are you okay? Oh my God. He’s fine,” she said.
Kelly’s age-defying body got a mention from the star herself back in January 2019 as she was profiled by The Cut. Kelly does have a way with words…
“I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” the star said.
Kelly is a mother to two boys and a girl with husband Mark Consuelos.
As one might expect from a morning talk show host. Kelly further revealed her morning routine, and it sounds busy.
“I wake up around 5:30 or 6 o’clock in the morning and start thinking of stories for our Host Chat segment that day — the silly, mundane, ridiculous stories like “You should have three cups of coffee a day to make you live longer!”” she said.
“Then I shower and wake up my kids. I do my moisturizing routine, and I like to apply my own foundation so I put it on and I do my eyelashes and my eyebrows. I leave around 7 a.m. for work,” Kelly added.
And still, she looks like this. Thoughts?
