Lizzo Slams Trolls Trashing Sheer Gown Worn At Cardi B Party

Zendaya wore one. And so did Kendall Jenner. But when Lizzo donned a sheer gown, the trolls came at her in full force. Of course, this is not the first time the hounds have come after Lizzo, and she's more than capable of taking them down several notches.

After lots of bouquets and some brickbats in between, Lizzo took to Instagram Live to tell the trolls to get a life and let people wear "whatever the f*** they want". Here are the juicy details.

Earlier this week, Lizzo attended Cardi B's birthday party and left little to the imagination, wearing a purple mesh gown designed by Matthew Reisman. Underneath, she donned pasties and a thong, and all her curves were there for all to see. While she arrived barefoot at the party, she did declare, "I wore Jimmy Choos for the record" on Instagram.

There were plenty of fans who admired her bold style, writing comments like, "Omg you look beautiful" and "She leaves a little glitter everywhere she goes ✨??".

But the trolls were out too, asking her to don a bra. Another commented, "PLEASE GET A NEW STYLIST ??‍♀️and it has NOTHING TO DO W/SIZE, I could think of 100 looks for you right now that would’ve been far more flattering this time and many others."

Now Lizzo is hardly the kind of person to take any nonsense from the trolls. And so she took to Instagram Live and said, "It’s very funny to me that people are upset that I’m wearing a see-through outfit or that I’m twerking in a see-through outfit. They’re saying, ‘This is disgusting.'

She continued the live video addressing the trolls directly: “Don’t you have bills to pay? Don’t you got mouths to feed, including your own? Don’t you have a life to live? Don’t you want to fall in love and make friends? Don’t you got s–t to do? Go read the news b**** before I read you."

Lizzo also talked about why she does what she does, as in dress the way she wants to. She said, “I do this because y’all continually disrespect human beings like it’s a sport. It seems like every single day, somebody’s disrespecting somebody on the Internet. Let people live, bro. Let people wear whatever the f*** they wanna wear.”

In a world of starving wannabe starlets and divas, Lizzo is quite the breast of fresh air. And if the trolls holler at her, Lizzo is more than happy to holler back loud. And she has the love of her fans making keeping her strong.

Probably why, in the middle of her monologue, she stood up, pulled down her pants, and showed her behind to the camera. Telling the trolls, "kiss my a**".
