‘Don’t Be Tardy’ Star Brielle Biermann revealed on her Instagram Story that she will have a new look for the new year. The 22-year-old told fans that she is have her lip fillers removed. She first started getting the injections when she was 18 years-old.
“Dissolved my lips yesterday…,” she captioned the Instagram Story post. “Gonna look like 18 year old Brielle soon. 2020 new year new me!…Black n blue for a few days.”
She then shared photos of herself from when she was 16 and 17 years-old, writing, “I know y’all know these lips aint the vibe. I was 16 or 17 here.”
In 2015, she shared a video of herself getting the injections.
“thank you thank you thank you!!! to my favorite, @simonourianmd1 !!! my lips are my biggest insecurity and I’m so happy w my results now! ☺️ you truly are the best! even though I hate needles you made this very easy! thank you again #simonourian #epione,” she wrote at the time.
Her mom, former “Real Housewives” star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, talked to Us Weekly about her daughter’s decision to get the lip fillers.
“She’s always talked about wanting bigger lips. She turned 18, I took her to the best. That’s her decision, her choice,” she said in 2018.
“I took her to the best. She was very open because she said she didn’t want other girls that felt like her to not know that there wasn’t an option. So, she shared that with the world. Then, they’re like, ‘You look like a duck, you look awful, they look terrible, blah, blah, blah,’ and Brielle’s like, ‘Well f—, maybe I shouldn’t say anything.’ I said, ‘No, you just basically do you.'”
In November, she posted about another body change she’s gone through. Biermann shared a photo of herself in workout gear and said that she has been trying to lose some weight.
“I’ve been back in the gym consistently for the past few weeks and I’m already seeing a difference! my weight fluctuates a lot so I’m trying really hard to get better at eating right, going to the gym and taking care of myself. I’ve always been insecure about my body, i think most women are! Push yourself. Set a goal and work towards it. Make something out of these last few weeks of 2019!! Don’t wait until the new year to become a better you. Thank you to my trainer @abmatthews_fit for pushing me!!” she wrote.
