Britney Spears Reveals 2020 Goals While Showing Off Curves In Tiny Bikini

Britney Spears is not wasting any time on getting to work on her fitness goals for the new year and is throwing on a bikini and getting busy! The "I'm A Slave 4 U" singer shared a video on Thursday afternoon as she prepared for a workout at her Los Angeles-area mansion.

"I'm outside and I'm about to do a bit of yoga to open up my back and my chest, and I'm out here with my dogs and we're going to have a beautiful day," Spears excitedly told fans.

Wearing a teeny purple bikini, Spears began to engage in a round of calisthenics and yoga poses as she worked up a sweat.

"My babies!" Britney exclaimed while her dogs ran across the beautifully landscaped yard.

The star also showed off some of her yoga poses, including downward dog into cobra and then child's pose. She also rolled her neck and got limber in front of the camera, which included some intense gyrating in her hips and booty. Britney has been an avid yoga fan for years and regularly incorporates it into her fitness routine.

Goals

Britney has some big goals for 2020, and listed them out for fans, perhaps as a way of keeping herself accountable while bringing people along on her personal journey.

"In 2020 I will be doing a lot more acro yoga and the basics for yoga …. I’m a beginner and it’s kind of hard to let go …. learning to trust and letting someone else hold your body 😳 !!! I have a lot of things I keep bottled up so I have to keep my body moving !!!! Thank God for Mother Nature …. she’s really no joke …. she grounds me and helps me find my feet and always opens my mind when I step outside …. !!!! I was lucky today with this beautiful weather."

Built for Speed

Along with yoga, Britney wants to work on her speed and gains, and shared that she is almost close to her high school times!

"I just flew in from a trip with my family and I ran a 6.8 speed outside my house for a 100 meter yard dash ... I did 6 in high school so I’m trying to gain speed !!!! I hurt my thigh so I apologize if my legs look swollen 😔😔🙄🙄🙄. I hope you all have a wonderful new year and GOD SPEED !!!!! PS I’m so cool with my tennis shoes and yoga 🧘‍♀️ it’s the new thing you know 😹😹😹😜😜 !!!!"
