Model and Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kendall Jenner, has never been the type of person to publicize her romantic relationships through social media or on television; however, this hasn’t prevented Kendall and her love interests from being spotted out and about.
Just recently, Jenner was seen with an ex-boyfriend at a restaurant on New Year’s Eve getting cozy and even exchanging a kiss as the clock ticked down to zero. Who was the lucky guy that was able to spend time with her and what does it mean for the two moving forward into 2020?

At approximately 11:30 pm, Jenner and her ex-boyfriend, NBA star, Ben Simmons, were seen walking into Attico, a rooftop restaurant located in downtown Philadelphia.
Both came dressed to impress. Jenner was dressed in a super sexy, black mini dress, while Simmons was donning an all-black suit, completing the classic New Year’s Eve motif.
Although the two arrived late to the party, they made sure to exchange a New Year’s kiss, confirming that they might, in fact, be back together as a couple.
Rumors have swirled over the last several months as to whether or not they had made mends and were trying to rekindle their relationship.
Just last month, Kendall was spotted at a Philadelphia 76ers game, the NBA team that Ben Simmons plays for. Her appearance there really put the reconciliation rumors into overdrive.
But the speculation is completely warranted, as the couple has been on and off for quite some time. Back in May of 2018, Jenner and Simmons began to casually date, only to call it quits after four months. The two tried to work on things one more time in November, splitting once again in May of 2019.
So maybe third time’s a charm? A source close to the couple opened up about their previous breakups and what it means for the two moving forward.
The source speaking to E! News shared that their splits were really just a ‘break’ as a result of their conflicting schedules, not so much a permanent and formal breakup.
“They took a break because it was difficult to sustain a relationship with their schedules,
they revealed. “But they have stayed in touch and there was never a messy breakup or hard feelings. Kendall has spent a lot of time with Ben over the last few weeks in Philadelphia. She’s been flying in to see him whenever she can.”
According to the source, Jenner and Simmons really enjoy being with each other and are working on trying to find a solution.
“They really like each other and want to be a part of each other lives. They are so comfortable with each other and always laughing. They work well together,” they said.

Perhaps the two will make things official again; however, it’s unlikely that we’ll know from her social media accounts, as she believes her romantic relationships are highly personal and sacred.
In speaking with Vogue Australia in 2019, she dished on her thoughts about publicizing her relationships. “I got a glimpse of how my sisters dealt with [the attention] and it’s cool to learn from that,” Jenner explained. “
“For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships, and I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier.”
