Jennifer Aniston has nailed Instagram shade. The “Friends” actress has only been on the platform for three months, although her following of 22.7 million outstrips some stars who’ve had accounts for years.
The latest digging from our friends over at Comments by Celebs is that Jen has absolutely nailed her Instagram shade game.
Just recently, former “Friends” co-star Matt LeBlanc posted a legendary snap of the cast to celebrate the sitcom’s 25th anniversary. The photo showed the famous six on the set.
LeBlanc used Instagram’s adored hashtags in his caption.
“Celebrating a Thursday night 25 years ago. Seems like yesterday. Thanks to all the fans for watching. #friends #friends25 @lisakudrow @schwim @courteneycoxofficial #jenniferaniston #matthewperry,” he wrote.
It looks like 50-year-old Aniston has managed to throw Matt some shade in what may be the fewest words ever.
“You don’t have to # me anymore,” Jennifer replied.
Jen’s reply has ricocheted across the internet, even catching the attention of popular magazine Cosmopolitan – Cosmo’s take was that Jen was “sassy.”
Jennifer Aniston joining Instagram was a giant deal. The “Horrible Bosses” actress managed to rack up 7.5 million followers in 24 hours, also earning herself a Guinness World Record for the fastest 1 million-mark account in history.
Jennifer hit the 1 million follower mark in just 5 hours and 16 minutes, beating royal couple Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Instagram join.
Jennifer further caused waves by literally breaking Instagram as she joined – fans were getting error messages. Following the error, Jennifer returned to the platform, jokingly apoligizing for the “glitchy” join.
Jen hasn’t posted too much since joining . She has, however, made the most of her famous connections and the days of the year that everyone loves to mark.
Thanksgiving 2019 brought Jen and some enchiladas she’d baked for talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
“Ok, @jimmykimmel… here are your f*%king Friendsgiving enchiladas.,” Jen captioned her snap.
Jen had explained herself on Jimmy’s show.
“It’s Thanksgiving, but the day before, because I like to, sort of, have a quieter Thanksgiving. And I don’t want people working on Thanksgiving, so it gives them the day off, so I do it the night before. And you’ve come for the last couple of years,” she told Kimmel.
Because who doesn’t love “Friends?” Jen’s opening post was of herself with the NBC show’s cast. The photo included Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc.
The snap currently sits at 15.4 million likes.
Jennifer herself is followed by celebs including Selena Gomez, Reese Witherspoon, Dove Cameron, Gwen Stefani, Kaley Cuoco, Jennifer Lopez, Blake Lively, and Gal Gadot.
Oh, and there’s also Mariah Carey, Tyra Banks, Lindsay Lohan, Salma Hayek, and Hailey Bieber.
