Months after her controversial exit from "The Talk," Sharon Osbourne is firing shots at the showrunners and going deeper into why she was sent off.

The television personality recently sat down with Megyn Kelly on "The Megyn Kelly Show" and attacked her former bosses for not coming to her rescue when she was accused of racism on the talk show.

Kelly started the interview by stating that CBS is in the business of showing the world they don't tolerate bigotry, to which Osbourne exclaimed, "give me a break!"

"The Talk" alum then went into details about the bureaucracy of television networks and claimed that CBS was failing and desperate to be perceived as woke.

When Kelly asked if there was someone in CBS who she believed had a hand in her departure, Osbourne named the head of CBS Daytime Amy Reisenbach and the two showrunners Kristin Matthews and Heather Gray.

Addressing what she believed was a betrayal, Osbourne spoke about how she had worked with them for 11 years and believed they were her friends, but they ended up "destroying" her. When asked why the women were against her at the network, the 69-year-old said:

I think that the showrunners were doing what Amy had told them to do. Weak, weak women, that didn’t have a backbone to turn around and say, ‘This is suicidal. We can’t do this.'

Osbourne recalled the gruesome crucifixion she faced on national television, describing it as a "nightmare" and also bashing her co-host Sheryl Underwood for discussing with her as a journalist and not a friend and co-host.

What Happened With Osbourne And 'The Talk'?

As you might know, Osbourne exited the show after a decade back in March following a controversial altercation with co-host Underwood that resulted in racist allegations.

The pair got into a heated argument as they discussed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey and Piers Morgan's reaction to the Sussexes' revelation.

As The Blast previously reported, Osbourne departed following an internal investigation to address allegations of misconduct and racism on the part of the London native.

While it was announced that she left on her accord, many believed she was forced out of "The Talk." Following her exit, Osbourne claimed she was set up by the network and her co-hosts.

However, the network maintained that Osbourne's behavior during the episode didn't align with their values and exempted themselves from any blame.
