St. Lunatics Rapper, Ali, Claims He Wrote Nelly's Hit Song, 'Country Grammar'

Remember during rapper Nelly’s Country Grammar phase he had a crew called the St. Lunatics? Well now one of the members, Ali is claiming that he wrote the rapper's rhymes and Nelly needs to give credit where credit is due.

Earlier this year in February, Ali went live on Instagram to claim that the rapper used and abandoned them when he got his deal with Universal. Nelly denied those claims but Ali is doubling down claiming that he actually “ghostwrote” the entire Country Grammar album.

Ali hopped on Instagram on Oct. 11 to address some alleged subliminal messages that the “Hot In Here” rapper was posing online. One of those messages read, “It’s called a Career And in it you have Ups and downs .. some never have ups themselves so technically they’ve never had a career they just was apart of someone else..!! #FACT..!!”

Yikes! The comment trigger Ali who responded with an old video clip of Nelly crediting him for the work and WRITING he did on Country Grammar, the now Diamond certified album. “Well, here is some entertainment to help you through your Monday blues….. Last night Nelly sent one of his subliminal disses towards me and my career….. The Truth is .. I wrote it & he said it and we sold 10,000,000”

The alleged writer went on to call the rapper out on his recent failures, attributing it to karma, of course. “Go to his page ….. do you notice that he hasn’t said ANYTHING about that country album !!?? Well I’ll tell you why …13,000!!!! Wow, that’s how many copies of that album he sold!!”

Ali wasn’t finished there; in case anyone wasn’t clear on what he was saying he said it again. “MY" career was writing you a career.” He referred to the situation as a “grand illusion”, one that was crumbling. “It’s all unraveling RIGHT NOW… and he’s mentally suffering trying to hide the secrets)….”

Now, despite the obvious grammar issues, Ali has made some scathing claims and in doing so, seems to be confident that he won’t get slapped with any legal action.

In addition to Ali taking credit for writing the Country Grammar album, he posted a quote about people taking credit for things they didn’t do and then posted the lyrics for Murphy Lee’s verse on “Shake Ya Tailfeather” ad lyrics from the song “Country Grammar” and left it at that.

Of course, posting these lyrics seems to be indicating that these are two of the alleged many songs he ghosts wrote for the rapper and other members of the crew. It’s seeming like Ali wants all the smoke from Nelly.

The last time he spoke out about the rapper being a fraud was in February and because Nelly responded then, fans are anticipating he will respond this time as well. It’s important to note that the clap back hasn’t happened yet.

Although, Nelly might have told on himself in that resurfaced clip that Ali shared so can he really clap back? let’s sit back and wait for what he say’s this time around.
