Khloe Kardashian Wants Tristan Thompson Back in Her Life, But Only For One Reason

The past year has been rough for Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, as the two dealt with the Jordyn Woods cheating saga that ultimately led to a split between the couple.

And although Thompson has been attempting to win Kardashian back over, it's proving to be more of a challenge for him than expected.

Still, Khloe Kardashian has recently come out and said that she wants him desperately back in her life. She has no immediate plans to get back with him, but there is one reason in particular that she would welcome Thompson back.

Despite their ups and downs, Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were together for the better part of three years, and even have a child together, True., so it's no surprise that Thompson has been trying to rekindle the relationship he had with Kardashian.

Several months ago, Kardashian speaking on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, shared that Thompson was going out of his way to try and win her back over. She revealed that he had sent her "countless amounts of flowers, calls, texts", even trying to persuade her to go on a trip with him.

If that wasn't enough, he also bought Khloe a Porsche in September, which didn't seem to do much or impress her. But from the look of things, it's blatantly apparent how desperate he is to get back with his ex.

Thompson has been persistent, to say the least, in his attempts to rekindle a relationship with Kardashian, going even so far to praise her on social media when she was named the People’s Choice Award’s Reality Star of 2019.

"Congrats Momma Koko on winning best reality star 2019, that’s two years in a row. Two-time champ. I love the sound of that. So proud of all you have accomplished this year," Thompson emphatically proclaimed on his Instagram page.

According to a source close to the couple, Thompson is trying so hard because he knows that he messed up big time and knows that Kardashian was the best thing that has happened to him.

Currently, as it stands, Kardashian is not giving much back towards Thompson's way, but fans are convinced that the two will eventually get back together. The reason? She did over and over again throughout KUWTK, even when he was caught cheating on her several times.

This is not to say that she definitely will because there's a breaking point for everyone. Some times you have to get burned a few times to learn not to play with fire. However, it's not out of the realm of possibilities.

Fans are voicing their opinions on the potential reunion stating that if Kardashian gets back with Thompson and he once again resumes his infidelity, there will be no sympathy spared. Speaking on Reddit, a fan stated, "If she tries to play the victim the next time he cheats I swear to god…"

While the two might not be back together, romantically, Kardashian still wants Tristan back in her life for one reason. That is for their child, True. She wants him to be the perfect dad for True, despite things not working out between the two.

Earlier in the month, a Kardashian insider spoke with People magazine and gave their thoughts on the two getting back together, as well as, raising their child. "She is flattered that he is trying to win her back, but not flattered enough to be in a romantic relationship with him.” However, the source did add that “who knows what will happen in the future."

The continued, "Right now she is focused on just getting along with him so they can have the best family time together with True."

Whether or not Khloe and Tristan get back together, we don't currently know. We do know, though, that she wants him back to help co-parent their child. Maybe that will lead to other feelings developing? We'll unfortunately just have to wait and see.
