As you know, Chuck ‘Iceman’ Liddell was once one of the biggest fighters to ever step into the UFC octagon. During his reign, Chuck defeated some of the sports legendary figures including, Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture, Alistair Overeem, Wanderlei Silva, and Victor Belfort. He retired in 2010. He returned for one fight in 2018 against his oldest rival (Ortiz) and fought him under the Golden Boy Productions banner. Unfortunately, Tito knocked him out in the first round.
Recently, the UFC star stepped back in the ring, but not to fight, just to get a quick payday. He served as a referee for the Aaron Carter vs. Lamar Odom boxing match.
At this point, representatives for Liddell have not commented on the situation.
The UFC made headlines recently after working out in the gym with, Glover Teixeira, and helping him with a comeback into the octagon. Teixeria reportedly went toe-to-toe with Liddell in the gym which earned him rave reviews. “Chuck told me, ‘Hey man, I know your [visa’s] not getting done, but keep fighting, fight everyone, knock everybody out, and I’m going to watch for a fight for you to be in the UFC,’” Glover said.

Adding, “Just keep beating everyone.”
After changing his lifestyle, which included leafy greens and ice baths, Teixeira brought himself to a whole other level. “It’s the price that you pay. To be disciplined, you’ve got to change your whole lifestyle. To be that disciplined is a little painful in the beginning. But it’s worth it.”
Again, Liddell hasn’t commented on the ongoing situation and is due back in court later this week.
