Ariana Grande continues to be one of the biggest artists in the world, and always does a great job in using her position of success, to help others. This was evident on Sunday, as it was World Mental Health Day. This topic has been common on social media these days, as people do their best to bring these conversations to the forefront, and to emphasize how people go through battles that they may not always be open about.

Grande Helps Fund Free Therapy

Grande ended up taking to her Instagram feed, to announce that she is giving away $5 million in free therapy, to those who need it, in honor of World Mental Health day. She explained how she knows that many people have trouble accessing the right resources to get the help they need, as Grande partnered with Better Help, on this initiative.

Grande Married Dalton Gomez In May

Grande also made headlines at the start of the summer, as she went on to marry her boyfriend, Dalton Homez, in Montecito, which is in Santa Barbara County. The ceremony was also held at their home. This was a small event, as it was reported that less than 20 people attended. Grande initially got engaged, back in December 2020. Prior to Gomez, Grande was in several high-profile relationships, as she's dated rappers such as the late Mac Miller, as well as Big Sean, who she split from, in early 2015. Grande also collaborated with Miller and Sean on records, during the course of her relationships with them.

Grande Scored Another Number One Album In 2020

Last fall, Grande also earned another number one album, with "Positions." This project was led by the self-titled single, as well as "34+35." The Positions single also hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. 34+35 also received a remix with Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat. The album itself contained additional appearances from Ty Dolla $ign and The Weeknd. Positions is also Grande's third consecutive number one album. This past spring, she went on to appear on the remix to The Weeknd's "Save Your Tears" single. Grande has yet to announce a tour, in promotion of this album, but there is a possibility that this could come sometime in 2022, after issues in 2020 and early 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
