Steph Curry has already had a pretty legendary career in the NBA, but this season has been tumultuous. After the Golden State Warrior broke his hand during a loss to the Phoenix Suns in October, he's been forced to sit out for three months as he enters recovery.

In this trying time, Ayesha, Steph's wife, has tried to be a support system for him. In a truly sweet Instagram post, Ayesha wrote that he's an amazing husband and father who always has time for family.

"I just love doing life with you my baby," she wrote, captioning a picture of the two of them walking on the beach together. "Thank you for always standing by my side and holding me up. You’ve been working so hard trying to get your hand better after TWO surgeries in a month and still somehow manage to be the most amazing man, husband, father, friend. YOU SPECIAL! 📷 : my mama (I know everyone always wonders LOL! )."

The image looks like a pretty casual stroll for the two of them, who are shown from behind. Ayesha seems to be wearing black bike shorts and a long jean jacket, and her husband is wearing a black t-shirt and black printed shorts.

It's a photo that suggests a hopeful future for Steph, 31, and Ayesha, 30. The two of them have a rock-solid relationship, which is becoming increasingly rare in the world of sports. It's great to see them taking the time to appreciate one another.

The two met at a church camp when Steph was 15 and Ayesha was 14. Ayesha eventually moved to Hollywood to pursue a career as an actor, and the two reconnected in 2008 and got married three years later.

The couple has three children together: Riley, who's 7, Ryan, who's 4, and Canon, who's 1. Steph's incredibly stable family life has likely been a huge support for him as he's forced to work on recovering instead of playing the sport that he loves.

Posts like these are a huge part of that, and signify just how much Steph means to his family whether he's playing or not. The two-time league MVP could feel that basketball is all that matters, but thanks to Ayesha and his kids, he's given constant reminders that he has value whether he starts or not.

Their stable relationship isn't just a source of happiness for them both. It's also a reminder that, even in the world of professional sports, family is what matters most.
