'RHONJ' star Teresa Giudice's family was put through the wringer after Joe Giudici was convicted of committing wire fraud, committing bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, and acting in bankruptcy fraud. Teresa and Joe were both sentenced to jail at separate times leaving daughters Gia, Gabriella, Melania and Audriana with the other parent. The family was split apart when Joe Giudice was deported to his home country Italy. While the family has visited Joe, Teresa wants to fight for him to come back to America.

According to PopCulture , she and her brother Joe Gorga met with the family lawyer.

“I want him to come home,” Giudice said. “We have four daughters together. I didn’t sign up to do this alone. … I’m scared.”

“He’s in trouble,” Leonard explained. “His immigration lawyers made the arguments to the lower courts and the courts have denied it very aggressively. They blew up every single argument. The next step is another appeal to the third circuit and saying, ‘Please, the lower courts have made mistakes.’ ”

“It could take months,” the lawyer continued. “We have to start the whole process all over again. But the problem is, this is his last chance. And you’re not bringing forward new information, so I think the odds are against Joe at this stage.”

Joe Giudice got deported during a time when the executive branch and half of the legislative branch of the United States government is trying to strictly enforce deportation policies and create stricter immigration bans including "building a wall."

Joe Gorga wanted to know the exact unlikely odds that Joe Giudice has being allowed to come back to America.

“Fifty? Thirty? Ten percent?” asked Gorga.

“Given what we learned this morning, significantly less,” answered Leonard.

“I’ve been through financial strain before,” Teresa claimed. “I had to pay back taxes, I had to pay off all our debts. So how can I put a price tag on our daughters having their daddy home?”

As of right now, it seems like Teresa wants to keep the family together.

However, in past news, Teresa was reported hinting at the fact that she and Joe's marriage was essentially done. Both have had cheating allegations thrown at them. Teresa hardly visited Joe when he was in prison and she chose not to move her family to be with Joe in Italy. Friends also believe that the couple won't last.

Will this be the end of Teresa and Joe's marriage if Joe is unable to move back to America? Only time will tell.
