“Man’s best friend” is an expression used to describe a human’s relationship with domestic carnivores, dogs.
For years, scientists have shown that this interdependent relationship has yielded immense rewards for humans likewise their canine friends. Dogs have benefited in terms of shelter, love, and food. As for humans, they have reaped countless gains, particularly an overall improvement of their lives.
Case in point, Ramona Singer, star of “The Real Housewives of New York City” had always flaunted her affection for her pet canine, Coco. Fans of the Bravo series knew Coco to be her close companion during her time on the show.

They seemed almost inseparable, like two peas in a pod. Sadly, nothing lasts forever as Singer’s companion recently died at age 17.
Ramona Singer’s Emotional Post
The reality star’s Instagram page is filled with several pictures of her and Coco together. It clearly revealed the tons of adventures they must have shared over the years.
In light of her pet’s death, Singer gave fans and colleagues a glimpse of the emotional pangs she was reeling from. She poured out her heart in a tear-filled post on Instagram while mourning her irreplaceable loss.
“My heart is broken after the passing of my dear little Coco,” she said.
“Coco was in our lives for 17 years and was like another child to me. She was truly a family member & my sidekick on #RHONY.”
The actress further wrote, “Coco brought so much joy to us over the years and will be incredibly missed.”
“I love you so much Coco…your memory will always live on with us,” she ended.
In her stint on “RHONY,” Singer and Coco were often seen stretching their legs across the city, as well as going to the beach.
Singer’s Daughter Misses Coco
To fans, it seemed that the affection for Coco was shared by the members of the family. Singer’s daughter, Avery, also posted her emotional eulogy to the dog via the same social app.
“To my Coco Baby who has been by my side for 17.5 years and all the milestones of my life that I can remember – I will treasure our memories forever and my heart is full knowing we had a one-of-a-kind bond,” Avery mourned.
“Words can’t describe my love for you. Forever grateful for all of our special memories. I will miss bringing you around in your stroller, purse, and sitting with me at the table,” she added.
“I hope you will have unlimited parmesan cheese…we all love you so much. Rest in Peace, my Sweet Angel.”
Singer’s Colleagues Reacts To Coco’s Death
The reality star’s post about her dog’s death did not go unnoticed by her colleagues. Some of them have come through for her in this difficult time. They shared their support by filling the comment section with heartfelt condolence remarks.
Tinsley Mortimer wrote a long one, “I’m so sorry Ramona!!! Coco had a beautiful long life and will always be with you. She’s a precious Angel. I’m sure she’s running around and playing with my Bambi, BB, and Bella now.”
Leah McSweeney and Bershan Shaw added, “I’m so sorry Ramona!!!” and “Oh noo so sorry darling,” respectively.
Luann de Lesseps posted, “Oh no, little Coco. She will be missed R. So Sorry. So sorry about your baby. We loved Coco.”

Fans were not left out in the outpour of comments on the actress’s page. They acknowledged how the sweet pooch had been an integral part of the show in its own little way.
