Elizabeth Hurley‘s age-defying bikini body officially has Instagram shook. The 54-year-old British model and actress has taken to the platform twice over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period- it looks like both updates went down pretty nicely indeed.
Elizabeth’s snap today was aptly dubbed a “package deal” by Hollywood Life‘s coverage. Given that the brunette bombshell had delivered a two-in-a-row deal from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach Black Friday Sale promo, the media outlet’s phrasing seemed spot on.
If anyone can pull off updating the ‘Gram in a chain bikini called a “Honey” one, it’s this hottie.
No, Instagram hasn’t made its peace with Elizabeth and her itty-bitty pale green two-piece. The model’s swimwear was actually pretty out there given that it was strung, super revealing, and featuring that gold chain finish, but social media appeared more floored by the body beneath it.
“You look like you’re in your early thirties,” one fan wrote.
“You don’t age,” another added.
“So HOT. OMG” was another comment.
The Austin Powers actress was also called “the hottest woman in her bracket” by one follower.
Oh, and yes, we’re treating you to Friday’s bikini update.
No, Elizabeth Hurley doesn’t have a zillion followers. That said, her 1.4 million-strong fanbase is dedicated as they come.
Elizabeth’s bow-detail black bikini update from Friday currently sits at over 98,000 likes, with today’s green swimwear snap sitting at over 81,000. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna even left Liz alike.
Oh, and it’s probably worth noting that Hurley was rocking a pretty fresh face to model her “Honey Bikini.” This beauty does, indeed, seem blessed from above.
When they look that great at 54 and don’t spend 4 hours a day sweating it out like JLo, it’s going to be mildly depressing. Elizabeth has opened up about her fitness, with her 2017 The Cut interview showing a pretty relaxed attitude towards workouts.
“I don’t do any regulated exercise, but I’m very active. On the weekends I go for long hikes with my dogs. I try and stretch every day. I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises,” Hurley told the media outlet.
Hurley’s interview continued with a little detail on her nutritional outlook. Fancy smoothies and collagen weren’t mentioned, but simplicity was.
“I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,” the actress stated.
“When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables. Not only do I like things grown in England, I like things grown in Hertfordshire, which is the part of England that I live in. If I can grow it myself, I’m even happier,” she added.
Hurley continued to give The Cut a piece of her mind, and it went beyond food and exercise.
“You can’t look good if you’re not healthy, and diet plays a big part. You can’t smoke and have too much alcohol” were words that we’ve all heard before in some shape or form.
“We all get hard knocks in life, but it’s important to stay positive and stay engaged, and not be angry. Anger doesn’t seem to go hand in hand with wellness,” Liz concluded.
Time to grow your own turnips, hike up a hill, and not get angry if you trip and fall while climbing it!
