Jessie James Decker looked insanely hot while working out!
Her Insane Workout Routine
On Sunday, the 33-year-old country-pop singer took to Instagram to share a video of herself performing her routine. Decker wore a gray sports bra with a low scoop neck that left plenty of skin on her upper body exposed and showed off her sculpted arms, back, and abdomen. She paired the top with black cycling shorts that rose above her navel and extended to the tops of her thighs, leaving the length of her lean legs on display.
The musician completed her sporty look with a pair of white socks and sneakers.
Decker had her long blond hair pulled back with some short strands falling over her face.

She wrote the complete leg workout routine in the caption, as well as adding some info about it:

Showing Her Gains
Decker seemingly filmed the footage herself as she used her phone's front camera. At the beginning of the clip, she pulled the hem of her shorts upward as she showcased her muscular pins, while also checking them out through the device's screen.
She performed the exercises in the video, and they all looked intense. No wonder she looked so ripped.
Decker also played her song, "Should Have Known Better" in the background.

Her post earned nearly 66,000 likes and dozens of comments within the first day. Many of her followers commented on the new workout post, telling Decker how sexy she looked. Others simply praised her gains.
The songstress revealed in a past interview that she has been staying fit since, as she had too many unhealthy choices during the pandemic crisis.
"I gained the quarantine 10, like everybody did," Decker told E! News. "I mean, we were having, like, wine every night for a minute there. I'm like, 'Oh my god, this is not a good habit!' So we're back on a good program, I'm working out a few times a week. I'm eating well. And so I just feel good about it."
She also shared that she's not a fan of fad diets, as she admitted that she doesn't "have the patience for that."
Decker also explained, "I wouldn't keep going back to something that didn't work."
Her Preferred Diet
However, she's into the South Beach Diet and rigorous workout routines.
"I'll take one of my South Beach meals with me in one of my kids' lunchboxes," she shared. "I really should get an adult one."
In a report by Eat This, Decker revealed how many times she works out on a weekly basis.
"I work out 3 to 4 times a week and they pretty much look like this with certain variations whether we're doing more upper body or lower body," she explains.
Decker works with Nashville-based trainer Kevin Klug in achieving her fitness goals, calling him "the bomb.com!"
