According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star and her ex-business partner, Ryan Horne, have dismissed all claims against each other.
Both sides informed the court they would drop their actions prior to heading to trial.
Last year, Horne sued Dorit and her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley over the Beverly Beach line.
Horne claimed he entered into a deal with Dorit and Paul back in 2017to launch a line of bathing suits.
The deal stated each would own one third of the business. Horne said he fronted the company $130,000 in merchandise and another $75,000 for other expenses. He accused Dorit of selling the bathing suits at a large profit but never paid him a dime. Horne sued demanding the entire $205,000 he put into the business and a cut of the money the reality stars made from the sales.
Dorit and PK counter-sued Horne denying he was a partner and labeled him a “vendor.”
The reality stars accused Horne of costing them hundreds of thousands in lost sales, due to products being delivered late. They sued for unspecified damages for lost profits.
