A restaurant owner, who is suing Bryce Hall for allegedly attacking him outside an L.A. hotspot, is seeking over $500,000 in damages from the social media star.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Hernan Fernando is claiming he should be paid for the "pain and suffering" from the brawl, including a massive punitive damages amount that equals hundreds of thousands of dollars.

As we reported, Hall was accused of a "severe, outrageous, and traumatic physical, racial and emotional attack," by the owner of 'Cinco' restaurant in Los Angeles, after claiming Bryce and his crew attacked him following a request for them to quit vaping on the outdoor patio of the business.

At the time, Fernando accused the 'TikTok' star of mocking him for speaking Spanish by repeating what he said in an "exaggerated and mocking tone, mimicking him with his friends."

Now, the restaurant owner is asking a judge to order Bryce Hall to pay him $100,000 for "pain and suffering -- another $100,000 for "emotional distress" and the monster amount of $469,882 for "punitive damages." In all, after adding up the medical expenses and other costs, the restaurant owner is looking for over $700,000 from the social media star.

As we reported, the allegations in the lawsuit are nasty. According to the complaint, Bryce is accused of referring to Fernando as a "wetback" by one of the 'Cinco' staff members, and they claimed he was eventually "cut off" from drinking at the establishment before being tossed out.

The restaurant owner claims Hall and his crew went "berserk" after he was asked to leave, and began "physically attacking and punching" him. Specifically, he claims Bryce jumped on his back and started choking him. Following the altercation, an employee called 911 and Fernando says the 'TikTok' star started with "obnoxious taunts of money, lawyers, and a desirable zip code were the least offensive post-brawl taunts, and his taunts turned openly racist and discriminatory."

At this point, in cases like this, a "statement of damages" is filed listing the amount of money the person suing believes they deserve. Of course, this is not the final amount and Bryce will most likely respond to the request. If not, the case could go to trial. But, it is highly likely this will be settled out of court.

Interestingly, the new legal filing comes just weeks after the L.A. City Attorney's Office declined to filed charges against Bryce Hall for the same incident. The social media star will be given a verbal warning at an upcoming hearing with prosecutors.

"I did vape in the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. However, when the manager approached me and requested I leave, I obliged and asked for my card that was being held with my table," Hall told People.com following the incident. Adding, "I had to ask for it well over 10 times (I still don't have the card back) and he said 'No, get the f--- off the property.' He then grabbed me and tried to pull me out so I threw his hand off and said 'Don't touch me, what're you doing?' and he proceeded to grab me again."

A video was captured of the incident, where Hall can be heard saying, "My mom hits harder than that."
