XXXTentacion admittedly had personal demons and incidents throughout his life that were negative, but to one neighborhood of children in Florida his legacy was that of a positive role model, and they are all incredibly distraught.

The SOS Children's Villages Florida tells The Blast they are "Saddened by the sudden and untimely death of XXXTentacion. In spite of the troubles he experienced in his own life, he had a genuine interest in making a positive impact in the lives of our foster children."

SOS is a foster-care neighborhood in Coconut Creek made up of 12 houses and home to 75 boys and girls. X was a big supporter of the charity, and even recently raised money and supplies through the Helping Hand Challenge.

The organization tells us, "His generosity and compassion were displayed during his visit to our Village in January. To an extent he was able to identify with the hardships of some of our youth, and wanted to do his part to alleviate what he could," adding that "Through his personal journey of reforming and making amends in his life, this resulted in him creating light and hope for others."

As we reported, investigators are following all leads for the suspects involved in the shooting death of X.
