Timbaland’s alleged squatter is like Jason in a "Friday the 13th" movie — just when you think he's gone for good, he re-emerges stronger than ever!

As The Blast first reported, Timbaland sued a man named William Zamora accusing the man of refusing to vacate his home after a deal to sell the house fell through.

Zamora claimed factors beyond his control prevented the sale from closing, pointing to liens filed against the home by the IRS and Timbaland’s former divorce attorneys.

He claimed to have put $300,000 into home repairs and contracted for an additional $200,00 in repairs and accused Timbaland of turning around to try and sell the home to another party.
