The autopsy of Rosie O'Donnell's ex-wife has been completed, but doctors found no obvious signs of trauma and are now awaiting lab results to determine exactly how she died.

A rep for the Orange County Medical Examiner's Office tells The Blast the autopsy on Michelle Rounds took place last Tuesday, one day after she was discovered dead in her Florida home.

We're told there were no external signs of trauma, such as a gunshot wound or signs of hanging, so they are running tests to see if she had any drugs in her system. As for now, the manner and cause are still pending.

The medical examiner says suicide has not been ruled out, but toxicology will help determine if the death occurred naturally or accidentally.
