Kim Porter Death Certificate: Cause of Death 'Deferred'

Kim Porter's death certificate does not reveal a cause of death.
According to the death certificate, obtained by The Blast, Porter is scheduled to be buried in Columbus, Georgia. The cause of death is listed as "deferred" and the manner of death is "pending investigation."
Her time of death is listed as 11:40 AM on November 15. The document says that Porter was not pregnant at the time of her death.
Kim Porter — who dated Diddy for 13 years and was the mother of three of his children — passed away suddenly last week.
Porter and Diddy had three children together — 20-year-old son Christian and 11-year-old twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James.
As The Blast first reported, the investigation into Porter's cause of death of Kim Porter has left investigators completed baffled as to why she died suddenly at the age of 47.
