The guy whose house was allegedly egged by Justin Bieber back in 2014 has had it with his refusal to sit for a deposition and has gone to a judge asking for a warrant for the singer's arrest.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, attorneys for Jeff Schwartz filed for the warrant on Thursday morning. Bieber was supposed to sit for a deposition last week but blew it off (he was instead in New York with new girlfriend Hailey Baldwin).

Schwartz wants the judge to issue a warrant for his arrest and fine him $1,000 a day for the days he refuses to sit for the depo.

He points to a pattern of behavior for Bieber, claiming he has skipped multiple depositions over the years.

Sources close to the case tell us that Bieber filed an opposition to the warrant and the judge wasn't there to hear the arguments. The hearing was continued until next week.

The civil case over the egging incident has been dragging on for years. Criminally, Bieber was charged and ordered to pay $80,000 in restitution.
