“This Is Us” star Justin Hartley’s estranged wife Chrishell Stause is pleading with the court to legally restore her maiden name.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chrishell has filed documents asking for Hartley to be axed from her legal name. Based on the motion it looks like she is ready to be out of the marriage ASAP.
As The Blast previously reported, back in November, Justin filed a petition for divorce from Chrishell in Los Angeles Court. The couple had only been married for two years before he pulled the plug.

Justin listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. He listed the date of separation as July 8, 2019, despite being seen out together afterward.. The split seemed to come out of nowhere with the two having been photographed only weeks beforehand.
The two dated for three years before Justin proposed to the “Selling Sunset” star. The former couple reportedly met through a mutual friend when they were both starring on soap operas.
Chrishell responded to the divorce accusing Justin of putting the wrong date of separation. She said they split months later on November 22, 2019. She requested Justin pay her spousal support, but he is currently fighting her on the request.

The divorce is still pending in Los Angeles court and the two still remain married at this moment. Chrishell’s motion comes at the same time she is ripping her “Selling Sunset” costar Christine Quinn for speaking publicly about her divorce.
Chrishell said Christine had no right talking about her situation especially since she has no idea about what is going on in the legal battle.
Chrishell recently made headlines after asking Kim Kardashian to stop Kanye West from running for President. She asked Kim to step in and take action to stop the madness.
